Diverse & Inclusive Workplace: A spotlight on the LGBTQ Experience

The Today’s Workplace Podcast focuses on keeping employment leaders up-to-date with tricky federal employment laws.  In this episode, Barbara and Belinda interview Rob Falk, who demonstrates issues on the rise amongst LGBTQIA+ employees and shares his insights on how to create more inclusive work environments.  Creating and maintaining the culture that provides inclusivity for LGBTQIA+ employees will ultimately create policies and strategic practices that are key components creating a supportive environment for all employees.  Falk further discusses resourceful information and advice for employers and leaders who want to create that supportive work environment.  This podcast offers insightful approaches while promoting diversity and inclusivity.
