2022 Day of Women & Girls in Science – UN Chief | United Nations (11 February)

In his message marking the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the UN chief Secretary-General António Guterres called for an enabling environment where “today’s girls become tomorrow’s leading scientists and innovators, shaping a fair and sustainable future for all”. Guterres taught engineering and believes that women and men are “equally capable and equally fascinated” in the study of science and technology.
